Fleming Construction LLC, a Des Moines area leader in kitchen and bath remodeling, is “building” a stronger team by adding Scott Spetman to the line up.

Spetman, who has more than 15 years of construction and sales experience will be the lead draftsman and estimator at Fleming Construction. His designs center around keeping spaces functional while utilizing construction efficiency, which means maintaining the customer’s budget.
Scott and Zak Fleming, the owner of Fleming Construction, have been friendly competitors for the last 10 years. As of August 1st, Scott has been working on building Fleming Construction’s infrastructure out to be able to accommodate Chief Architect, a 3D rendering software. “With Scott’s help, we have been able to bring 3D rendering capabilities to help our clients better visualize the end results of their projects.” Fleming said. ” His ability to take ideas and translate them into a working set of plans is second to none.”
Spetman, is a customer service oriented individual who has owned and operated Tech Builders for the last 7 years, and has earned a bachelor’s degree from Iowa State University. “I enjoy working in a team environment,” Scott said, “and the staff and customers here at Fleming Construction are great to work with.”
