Mother in in law suites are gaining in popularity and provide homeowners with special challenges to make a traditional single family home not only accommodate Grandma but also make her feel at home. Our Design-Build team took on this challenge wholeheartedly and created a Grandmother’s oasis with all the comforts of home. The requirements of design were to create a bright warm space with a kitchenette, bath, laundry and private living space all while keeping the budget in mind. The design team helped this family visualize how to utilize this dated basement using our drafting software and 3D visualization.
