After work, Troy enjoys traveling with his wife Katie and daughter Marah to the mountains and beaches of the world, as well as mountain biking, golfing and checking things off his bucket list.
Troy Pearce
Growing up in small town Iowa, Troy eventually ended up moving to Pella to attend Central College where he completed his Bachelors and worked as an inside salesman and estimator. Later he relocated to Des Moines and worked in the Flooring Industry as a Residential and Commercial Flooring Professional for the last 12 years. His role in the flooring industry brought Troy to serve on the Remodelers Council of Greater Des Moines where he met our owners Marc and Zak.
Today
Today Troy works as part of the Design team as our Remodeling Coordinator. He manages all the pieces that go into our design process as well as helps keep our eye on the customers budget. He feels that our history as a company makes Remodeling Contractors special. With many hands make light work and our experience and dedication to quality stand out.
Advice
Make goals and work hard to achieve them. Cherish every day and make the most of it spending time with family and friends.
