This ranch style home in the western suburbs of Des Moines had most of the living space that this family needed but lacked the large kitchen to entertain in. After working with these clients to prioritize their needs it was determined that an addition would need to be made to the home to create the square footage needed to accommodate the kitchen of their dreams. The results of this remodel are amazing. From the 60 inch fridge and freezer to the matte black leather quartz countertops this space is now an easy place to welcome guests. A bonus of a larger mudroom and hidden guitar room in the addition made the project both fun and practical.
