This basement was a blank slate, full of potential but not much else. With aging in place being a concern, this couple sat down with our design team to create additional space for family to visit while creating a private living quarters for a live in care giver. Much attention was given to the efficiency of the layout and how it would be used in the future as well as to the ascetics of the space. The product selections needed to both look great and be easy to maintain throughout the years. The end result is a beautifully finished basement with an apartment that rivals the main floor so much that the owners are considering making the apartment theirs!
