Basement remodeling can be one of the easiest ways to increase the value when it comes to resale but when it is done wrong it can be a nightmare. This basement was originally finished by an unlicensed contractor who left the home with multiple plumbing and electrical problems as well as a list of framing issues. We were brought in to bring the basement up to code as well as supply the working bar and bathroom that the home owners were promised. Ultimately, we were able to deliver a design that was not only functional but also great for entertaining for both the adults and the teens in this home. The highlights include a new open staircase, a stone backed bar, and room for a pool table.
