This main floor remodeling project began with a common challenge: not enough functional closet space. What followed was a carefully planned renovation that expanded storage, elevated the owner’s suite, and refreshed the heart of the home. From a larger primary closet to a beautifully updated kitchen and fireplace, every detail was designed to improve everyday living!
Closet Addition and Primary Bathroom Remodel
A lack of usable closet space made it clear that the homeowners needed a better long-term solution. To address that need, we built an addition to create a larger, more functional primary closet.
Once the closet addition was complete, attention turned to the primary bathroom remodel. The bathroom was redesigned with new vanities, granite countertops, updated mirrors, and new flooring to create a more polished and comfortable space. The finished owner’s suite now feels more spacious, practical, and tailored to the homeowners’ needs.
Kitchen Remodel with Dark Wood Stain and Custom Details
After completing the owner’s suite, the homeowners decided to continue updating the main floor with a full kitchen remodel. The goal was to create a space that felt warm, inviting, and elegant while offering better function and timeless appeal.
New cabinetry, countertops, and backsplash completely transformed the kitchen. Dark wood cabinetry brought depth and warmth to the room. A detailed custom wood hood became a standout focal point. These carefully selected finishes gave the kitchen a rustic yet refined look that feels both elevated and welcoming.

Marble Tile Fireplace Remodel
The fireplace was the final piece needed to tie the newly remodeled spaces together. By simplifying the built-ins and creating a cleaner overall design, the fireplace became a stronger architectural feature within the main living area.
To complete the update, we installed a marble tile wrapped fireplace paired with a floating mantel. This combination added texture, elegance, and a seamless connection to the finishes used in the kitchen, helping unify the entire main floor.
A Cohesive Main Floor Transformation
This project transformed a large portion of the main floor through smart storage solutions, improved functionality, and cohesive design choices. The new closet addition solved a practical need, while the bathroom, kitchen, and fireplace updates introduced warmth, character, and a more modern feel throughout the home.
From the dark wood stained kitchen cabinetry and detailed wood hood to the marble tile fireplace and expanded owner’s suite, every part of this remodel was designed to create a home that is both beautiful and highly livable.
